In the preliminary research phase, the programming phase, we become intimately familiar with the needs of the client, the surrounding community, and the characteristics of the site.
By familiarizing ourselves about our clients’ needs, budget and objectives for the project and by conducting an inventory of site elements and analyzing them, we are able to do our job correctly and efficiently. Missing information may stall the design process as well as increase construction costs.
