The designer works with the craftsman in the field to insure the quality of work and final expression of the garden’s vision. During the installation the designer will make periodic trips to check on the status of the work, to answer any questions or make decisions about unexpected construction issues or to layout the arrangement of plants or elements in the design. This is a crucial phase in the project as it is the culmination of the design and installation. The fine details of an installation can make the difference between a great design product and an average design product.
